Everything was going great. I had started procrastinating less and was keeping up with everything. Or so I thought. This week, I got my fourth mentor assessment done early and I thought I would be good on time; however, I ended up pushing back my research assessment. I was supposed to start my first research assessment on a medication this week, but I still have not started. I have also gone on another mentor visit that I have not yet written an assessment for. Now that it has snowed, the power is out at my house. That means no wifi. I am currently using my phone data and finishing as much work as possible. I am now behind my calendar schedule and will have to work diligently to get with the schedule again. This experience has really taught me not to wait because you never know when things will go wrong. As soon as I get enough wifi, I am going to catch up and finish what I need for ISM. Hopefully the power comes back soon, meaning today or tomorrow so that I can get back on track. I have really learned not to take advantage of the time and internet access that I have.
